came home early today after teacher’s day celebrations.
slept from 2pm till now! 11hour nap! and im gonna continue sleeping after this!
the entire time i was sleeping upstairs in my room, my parents thought i was out the whole night and that i just came home (at 1am).
-.- my, i dont know whether to laugh or cry.
on a side note, teacher’s day celebration performances in ny was probably the best i’ve ever seen in all my years!
gift exchange was fun.
going back to amkss was kind of.. i dont know, waste of my time?
didn’t get to see any teachers and anyway i think they wouldn’t know what to say to me either.
of course, i’ve had fond memories in amkss. but i guess that’s what they are now. just memories.
those people, they’ve become nothing but memories.
you can’t forge relationships based on memories alone.

THINGS I NEED TO ACCOMPLISH (and maintain):
1. stop being late or risk getting a second warning letter / suspension.
2. read Today daily although its free, if not its gonna stack till the ceiling and it’ll be a waste of paper.
3. don’t succumb so easily to blogshopping. i’ve spent so much recently that even scrimping on my allowance won’t cover up the hole.
4. stop falling asleep even before i start studying.
TODAY, IM HAPPY BECAUSE I RECENTLY MADE SOMEONE TOUCHED! :D
facebook IS for stalking! HAHAHAHA.

i miss time. where has it gone?!
i miss playing maplestory/gunbound, blogskinning, sleeping for forever… basically, just idling and lazing around.
you know what’s the best part about going overseas for holidays?
its not the shopping, the food, nor the new place (kay fine the shopping does make me happy).
its the feeling that you’re BURDEN-LESS! away from school, from reality, from obligations!
a REAL holiday!
i need one right now. ):
sucks that im turning legal next year.
M18 movies so? they won’t cost $6 anymore!
when is Peter Pan coming?!

YOG? Hold on …
*Types into google*
Oh! YOG … Never knew it was even going on …
you know i thought he’d be sad because he was away from his hometown and could not be part of YOG, so i even bought him a YOG merchandise.
im so disappointed. ):
its really saddening to see that many people do not know about YOG. ):
after all it is Singapore’s fruit of labour… people have worked so hard for it…
and its even more sad to see that some local citizens are indifferent towards it.
maybe like whatever everyone keeps saying, we “lack the sporting culture”.
but i dont think you need to love/take part in sports actively to be part of YOG!
you know i feel even more proud about YOG as compared to Singapore being ranked the top city in Asia just based on a few criterias; whereas being the host country for YOG is a definite acknowledgement from the world.
sigh its all ending tomorrow. ):
-
although i was never close to my grandpa, but its heartbreaking to see him lying on the hospital bed, half-conscious.
even worse to see the people around you so upset.
my grandma stays by him all the time and keeps speaking into his ear, hoping to get some response. ):
and i feel useless just sitting there.
-
i didn’t get to donate blood today because the queue was…
this is the part where i need to look at cute kids to cheer myself up. (not in a perverted way)

EQUESTRIAN INDIVIDUAL RIDER FINAL!
IT WAS FUCKING COOL PLEASE!
heart-gripping, intense and the fact that there was a victory ceremony made me feel even more overwhelmed! :DDDDD
definitely worth the $30!
the whole stadium goes quiet, all eyes on just the horse and the athlete, waiting, anticipating, worrying whether he/she will get any penalty points.
the “oooohhh”s and “ahh”s from the crowd when a pole from the hurdle drops.
the cheers when an equestrian successfully finishes all the hurdles without any penalties.
that nervous feeling you get when you watch an athlete trying to beat the fastest timing.
especially during the jump off whereby they determine they medalists!
the feeling you get when our local Singaporean athlete comes out and the whole crowd roars!
i personally feel that she did not bad!
17th placing out of 28 athletes; but there were 8 people in the 9th placing (followed by 17th), so if you think about it she’s actually 10th placing standard.
oh man even during the victory ceremony, although Singapore won nothing and they were playing Uruguay’s national anthem, i just felt very happy LOL.
and the horses were so cute! not in a omg-i-wanna-pinch-it way la.
i love seeing the athletes patting their horses after their turn, as though telling it “good job!”.

victory ceremony.

medalists.

victory run.

athlete from US.

athlete from Brazil.
waited so long and only these 2 athletes came out.
we wanted to take photo with the Singaporean athlete. ):
gaah i want to find out my favourite horse’s name but i have no idea whats it’s number!

look at the YOG closing ceremony tickets that are being sold on black market!
DAMNIT I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE $15 TICKETS WHEN THEY WERE STILL AVAILABLE! (THEY WEREN’T EVEN SELLING FAST THEN WTS)
see la see la! those who didn’t want to go watch with me when i asked (except gm who agreed quite reluctantly).
freaking regret. i should have bought 2 tickets first or something then decide who to watch with after that! ):
SEE LA KAHJIE!!! ))))):
and i still can’t get over the fact that kj and xl wasted FIVE MODERN PENTATHLON TICKETS ($30 each okay!) (given very generously by tourists when they were volunteering!). -.-
SUCH A WASTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! ))):
i would have bought the tickets if they weren’t sold out!
YOG is ending already! ):
AHHHHHHHH I SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT THE TIX TO THE CLOSING CEREMONY! >=[
